Thus, educating staff members on using electronic medical records (EMRs) is essential, as they support correct documentation, minimize the risk of errors, and enhance patient safety (Samadbeik et al., 2020). It is a necessity that will pay off positively in various areas of our facility. Proper training policies and strategies have a significant impact on successful technology use. Communication and patient record documentation are crucial at this point, and a lack of training prevents nurses from utilizing EMRs effectively.
