He informs you he has moved to the district to be closer to his family and was recommended by his neighbour to see Dr Robina Doolan. He informs you that he would like to register as a new patient and requests an appointment for today to see Dr Robina Doolan (Tasks 10-13). He is very chatty and tells you that he has a twin brother named Peter Churchill who he says will also be coming in to register next week.
