Student Learning Outcome: Incorporate the principles of critical reflection into one’s practice. Your journal is a record of personal thoughts, daily events and evolving insights. It provides a foundation for self-awareness and critical thinking. This final journal will be a reflection of the learning that occurred in this course during the semester. It should include deep personal reflection on your perception of how you are doing? What are your positives and challenges of a student entering the Nursing profession? Document your first personal nursing philosophy at the beginning of the journal; reflect back upon your first personal nursing philosophy, Document your current personal nursing philosophy at the end of the journal. Has it changed? Why or why not? 4. This document needs to include all three of your reflective journals. Copy and paste your first two and then add your third. This will enable you to have one document that includes the entire semester of reflections Directions: Make a summary of your learning experience during the semester.
