Incorporate clinical and other classes into your journal. 1. Give your journal a name (Include a title in 7th edition format) 2. Have a content page 3. Document your first personal nursing philosophy at the beginning of the journal; reflect back upon your first personal nursing philosophy, Document your current personal nursing philosophy at the end of the journal. Has it changed? Why or why not? 4. This document needs to include all three of your reflective journals. Copy and paste your first two and then add your third. This will enable you to have one document that includes the entire semester of reflections Directions: Make a summary of your learning experience during the semester.
