Strategic plan is to develop a nurse residency program. Goals and objectives are below. Goal 2: Increase recruitment of new graduate nurses to decrease contract labor use Objective 2.1- Offer sign-on bonuses for two-year commitment to attract new graduate nurses to the residency program Objective 2.2- Hire a dedicated coordinator for the nurse residency program to recruit nursing students and new nurse graduates
