In this first submission of your Course Project, you will be completing the background information on the client you selected from your clinical experience. She was put on the cardiacmonitor and was found to be in Atrial Fibrillation with Rapid Ventricular Response (RVR). She wasadmitted to the cardiac telemetry unit for cardioversion.
