In this first submission of your Course Project, you will be completing the background information on the client you selected from your clinical experience. Be sure you select a client for this project who is NOT in a terminal phase of illness/condition. This first written assignment should be no more than 4 pages. Also include their gender, religion, and ethnic origin Medications being taken and possible side or adverse effects Course Project Case Study: Mrs. Braxton is a 57-year-old African American female who had gone to theEmergency Room 3 weeks ago with complaints of weakness and dizziness. She was put on the cardiacmonitor and was found to be in Atrial Fibrillation with Rapid Ventricular Response (RVR). She wasadmitted to the cardiac telemetry unit for cardioversion. Shortly after admission, she developed facialdroop, aphasia, dysphagia, and right sided weakness. She was diagnosed with an ischemic CVA.
