Please use the template on the vUWS site to complete your work. Please use the following structure for your work: 1. A brief summary of the Rolfe et al., (2001) Framework for Reflection. (50 words) 2. A summary of the occasion when you demonstrated compassionate care, include the person(s), relationship, interaction, time and place. I.e. what/who. (Please be mindful of confidentiality. Your work should not include identifying information). (50 words) 3. Reflect on why compassionate care is important for you as a registered nurse or midwife. I would like you to include discussion about the CORE values of RESPECT and EMPOWERMENT and how they relate to your chosen occasion/time of compassionate care.
