Mother reports that the patient has been having increased aggressive behaviors such as pushing, kicking, punching the walls, breaking silverware, and inflicting injuries on peers at school. She gets easily overwhelmed,aggravated, and angered. Her mother reports that symptoms have worsened in the past 3 months. Her behavior has caused a lot of issues in her parent’s marriage and increased anxiety within the family. She no longer has friends at school or home due to her aggression. She denies visual, auditory, and tactile hallucinations, and denies paranoia and substance abuse. Never been psychiatrically hospitalized but has seen a psychiatric provider two years prior.
