Has been having SOB for 2months now, feels dizzy. TEE 7/2022 WITH 60-65%, Fell 3× due to being week. Lives alone at home, no family support, not on O2 at home but at the hospital on nasal cannula. Stool turned black at home 2months ago. No cough. Has little fluid on the left lung. Alert and oriented ×4. Lab results.
