The professional relationship between the client and medical staff can become familiar and thus at times feel like a family member. In this environment the trust has been established and routine of care has been initiated. This environment is needed in all areas of America, for one has to ask how far is too far for my family member to travel for appointments. One can get frustrated and thus look at other reasons why this system is failing and for one the answer can simply be that the system is failing to be there for our loved ones. After we all are getting out of the fog of this pandemic of COVID-19, for many holes have been shown in our system of healthcare for our population. “Healthcare is more effective when patients are engaged in their own care.
