Strategic plan issue is increasing the nursing

Strategic plan issue is increasing the nursing workforce by recruiting and retaining new graduate nurses. The strategy is Develop a Student Nurse Residency Program. I need help developing 2 goals, and 3 quantifiable strategic objectives under each goal to explain how each goal will be accomplished. I need to be able to convert this information to “dollars saved/dollars spent. Be sure to include how much you would be saving the organization….. to increase the board’s buy-in of your ideas.
